How do I get started?
Open the app, click Create App, choose from multi-choice options. Use our drag‑and‑drop prebuilt components to build your screens. You can save drafts locally on the Free plan and upgrade anytime for more features.
How do I preview my app on my phone?
Tap Preview to interact with your app exactly as your users would. Preview works on the Free plan with full functionality so you can test before paying.
How do I publish to the App Store and Google Play?
You’ll need your own developer accounts with Apple and Google (purchased separately). We guide you through assets and submission steps inside Struklio. See note on the Pricing page about separate Apple/Google fees.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
What happens to my projects if I cancel?
Your drafts remain on your device. You won’t lose local work. Premium‑only features and publishing tools will be disabled until you resubscribe.
Do you offer education or nonprofit discounts?
Yes. Reach out via email and tell us about your organization. We’ll get back with options.
Something isn’t working, any quick fixes?
Try these first: 1) Force‑quit and reopen the app. 2) Make sure you’re on the latest version. 3) Restart your device. If it persists, email us with your device model, OS version, and steps to reproduce.
Does it work offline?
You can keep editing drafts offline. Some actions like publishing or fetching remote assets require an internet connection.
Which devices are supported?
Struklio supports modern iOS and Android devices. For the best experience, keep your OS up to date and ensure you have sufficient storage available.
